If you have ordered a “kit” but lack the time or motivation to make the product, please reach out to us too. We do make up the final product too and charge this service at a rate of $21 per hour.
Returns are allowed up to 30 days from the date of order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the order number/invoice number and the goods to be returned to us.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will consider doing exchanges for incorrect items ordered. Please contact us to see what we can do for you.
